Monday Madness: Coloring books

Monday Madness is a new bookish meme hosted by Booklover's Teaparty and Bookfever.

You know that feeling when you feel like you are gonna go mad if you do not get a certain book right away, when you are obsessed and all you want is that one book and you will be happy? That is what Monday Madness is about. All those books you that drive you mad.

Pick a book. Talk about it- why do you want it? What has drawn you to it? Why is it making you mad with want for it?

Lately I have been obsessed with getting my hands on a coloring book! I've narrowed it down to some that I really want, deciding which turns out to be the hard part. I've been looking at them for over a week now, where I think I've decided and then change my mind. All I know is that I must have one!

First one is Enchanted Forest by Johanna Basford

Been googling some images from there and looks pretty amazing.

The other one is Roy Lichtenstein Coloring book.

With this from the google images it looks to be filled with comic like pictures for me to color and I just love the idea of that.

Hopefully I can decide soon because going crazy here!

Don't forget to check out Stephanie's post to find out what book(s) is driving her mad.

  1. This is my first visit to your blog and I love it!! I love the idea of this meme, very nice!! And, I just got my first Adult Coloring Book-called Living Colors by Creative Expressions (Pennypress), and its all flowers-which I happen to love! I got it at my Dollar General + a package of markers!!So anyways the book I really want is Zodiac because I received it as a gift from TBTB Secret Santa, and my boyfriend threw out the box it was in!! Ugh, (also lost Hello?), so that's what I really want, plus now Wandering Star is out-the 2nd in the series!! I am now a new follower and I hope you get what you wish for!!

  2. I have The Enchanted Forest! But I haven't colored in it in forever, mostly because I don't have any crayons anymore. Grrrr! But oh we must get the Outlander one someday! ♥
